This course would provide the students with knowledge and skills of basic medicine in the context of understanding the causes, pathophysiology and manifestations of various medical disorders in nervous, special senses, musculoskeletal, skin urinary and reproductive systems. It enables students to be able to investigate, diagnose and manage patients with medical disorders effectively. It also provides students knowledge in giving appropriate health education to enable patient to manage self-care and prevent recurrence of the diseases.
